The largest Mooc providers – Coursera, Udemy, Udacity, and EdX – offer free tuition, supplied by universities, often to hundreds of thousands of students at a time. Starting from 2013, China, as the most populous country of the world, has been actively engaged in this "Mooc craze". The Ministry of Education in China launched its official Mooc platform, iCourses, to offer free education with elite universities. We have every reason to believe a revolution enabled by technological advancement is underway and will bring more equity to education oppotunities.
