Here are five strategies to help you re-find the happiness, steadiness, and balance in your life:

If we are mindful, we can enjoy every moment. We are no longer robots or automatons beating down the hours as the days slip by.

Choose one thing you will do differently. Commit to making that change every day for 30 days. What happens when you commit to yourself and you keep that commitment? You learn to trust yourself.
