听力原文： A Russian electric company has won a 419-million-dollar contract to complete construction of the Iraq' s largest power plant.

The head of Iraq' s Department of Electricity Projects says the plant in Eusufia, south of Baghdad, is one of the largest contracts signed under the UN oil-for-food program.
